Here’s What Our Customers Have to Say

We purchased a Hydropool hot tub from Backyard Retreats 3 months ago, to replace an older existing tub. We came to Hydropool because of the knowledgeable staff, their fun, easy-going (not pushy) attitude, and their willingness to explain everything, including the competition's tubs, even before we purchased anything. Will spent a lot of time with us before we made the purchase. Will followed up with us after the purchase during the waiting time, delivery time, and after the delivery, which put us at ease and was much appreciated.

He also came to our house and helped us figure out the placement of the tub in our backyard, taking all kinds of things into consideration.

I don't usually write reviews but the customer service at Backyard Retreat is amazing and this review is well deserved. I am beyond happy with my backyard design which includes pool, landscaping, and patio furniture. The team was always quick to respond to all my questions and concerns via email (and I had A LOT of questions) and she always made me feel at ease. The fact that Backyard Retreat is a small business made me feel valued compared to a bigger chain. I highly recommend this company!
